Delivery & Cancellation Policy

All bookings and tours made through Antalya Daily Tours are governed by the relevant Turkish Travel Agency regulations (Law No: 1618) and Consumer Protection Laws (Law No: 4077), which have recently been updated to comply with European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.

Making Your Booking

The first person listed on the booking (the “party leader”) must be authorized to make the booking on behalf of all individuals included in the booking, including minors. By submitting the booking, the party leader confirms they are authorized to do so. The party leader is responsible for all payments associated with the booking. The party leader must be over 18 years of age at the time of booking.

Payment

A full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking. If the payment is not received when the booking is made, Antalya Daily Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges outlined below.

Payments can be made via all major credit cards with no additional charges, or through secure PayPal payments. All prices include VAT.

Booking Confirmation

Once the payment is received and subject to availability, we will confirm your booking by sending a confirmation email and invoice. Please review the invoice carefully upon receipt. If any details appear incorrect, contact us immediately. We will also send you your tour tickets via email, which should be printed and brought with you as confirmation.

Ticket Issuance

Your tour vouchers will be emailed to you immediately after booking. Full instructions will be provided for how the vouchers should be redeemed.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, accessibility needs), please inform us at the time of booking. While we will try to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. If any special requirements affect your booking, please let us know at the time of booking so we can assist accordingly.

Alterations and Cancellations by You

If you wish to amend or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the excursion: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 4 to 9 days prior to the excursion: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days or on the day of the excursion: No refund will be provided.

If you want to change the date of your booking or switch to another excursion, we require at least 3 days’ notice. No additional fees will apply for changes made within this timeframe.

Alterations and Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to significantly amend or cancel your tour, we will offer you the following options:

  1. Accept the change (if the alteration is significant),
  2. Choose a comparable alternative tour,
  3. Cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the payments made for the tour.

We do our best to organize our tours as described, but we reserve the right to make changes or cancellations to any part of the tour without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you encounter any issues during your tour, please contact one of our team members immediately or email us at info@antalyadailytours.com. We will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be governed by the laws of Turkey. By booking with Antalya Daily Tours, you agree to comply with the legal jurisdiction of Turkey.
